For our first employee of the month in this new year is Justine Brown …..the selection process determined that was she was the most logical choice. During the month of January Mrs. Brown displayed an amazing “can do” attitude and tackled her tasks with an aggressiveness that we appreciate. After our fiscal year ended and the official New Year began there were tasks that needed swift results and an attention to detail. There were strict deadlines to be met and she managed to get the tasks done ahead of schedule. Mrs. Brown has been a faithful employee of American for three years now and her growth as a professional and as a person has been a blast to watch. Mrs. Brown’s dedication to American can sometimes be heard on the phone when she is talking to a client or another co-worker and can always be seen in the way she approaches each task and the way she keeps her office organized.

Each Month American Air and Heating chooses an Employee of the Month. The process of selecting this individual: Our co-workers, wholesalers, and clients have a say in the results. Each co-worker gets a vote Based on these things…. Attitude, punctuality, citizenship, skills, extraordinary service, going above the call of duty, customer service, their mindset, loyalty, success in numbers (productive), dynamic, a winner, someone who stands out! After this selection we the company will survey our clients and wholesalers. The final result will be based on the votes the leadership team here at American Air will select the winner.
