Employee of the month
Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the local San Jaquin Valley College here in Bakersfield. He has been with American Air and Heating for almost three years. During the month of November Greg took off the first week of the month for a much needed vaction. He came back well rested and better than ever. He performed so well upon his return that his peers and clients voted him for employee of the month despite missing that week. Greg has recently taken an interst in our latest product offering (The Air Scrubber) and has had success getting clients happily involved in owning the indoor air quality product. With their improved health his Satisfied survey cards we give to every client has been coming in with raving reviews.
Mr. Phillips is a bright shinning star here at American and we look forward to having him serve you our clients with quality service for years to come. It was Greg that in February of 2010 who was in the news on TV29 for helping a family that did not have heat.
