Employee of the month

Mr. Orozco is American Air and Heating's Lead Installer, who also is well rounded enough to help out in the service department as well. During the month of October Leo accomplished both personal and company success. On October the 18th Leo became a United States citizen! Leo was the Lead Installer on all jobs installed by American Air and Heating in the month of October. He also performed maintenance and service calls for the company with excellent customer service. Leo never has a poor attitude, always shows respect to his co-workers and our clients, he never turns down a job and doesn't complain when the job gets tough.

On a side note Leo has also been with American since he was 18 years old, now 23 he has reached the five year milestone!

The process of selecting this individual: Our co-workers, wholesalers, and clients have a say in the results.

Each co-worker gets a vote Based on these things….

Attitude, punctuality, citizenship, skills, extraordinary service, going above the call of duty, customer service, their mindset, loyalty, success in numbers (productive), dynamic, a winner, someone who stands out!

After this selection we the company will survey our clients and wholesalers. The final result will be based on the votes the leadership team here at American Air will select the winner.
